Description

The Isopon Fastglas Glass Fibre Repair Kit is a durable, all-in-one repair system designed to deliver strong, weather-resistant and long-lasting repairs across a wide variety of materials. Suitable for both DIY users and professional tradespeople, this kit provides reinforced structural strength where ordinary fillers are not sufficient. When combined, the polyester resin and glass fibre matting form a solid composite capable of restoring strength, shape and functionality to damaged or corroded surfaces.

How To Use

  1. Prepare the damaged area by cleaning, degreasing and lightly sanding to improve adhesion.

  2. Mix the polyester resin with the hardener according to the instructions.

  3. Apply a layer of resin to the surface and position the glass fibre matting over it.

  4. Add further layers of resin and matting as required to build strength.

  5. Allow to cure fully, then sand, shape and paint the repair to finish.
